Don't add to these Failure Statistics

"The failure of IT initiatives costs the U.S. economy alone between $50 and $150 billion annually" - Harvard Business Review.

I regularly include 'IT failure statistics', like the one above, in Transfit presentations and collateral, not because I am a 'negative nelly' wanting to prophet gloom and doom (in fact I am the eternal optimist), but because, as a career businessman and IT executive, I'm tired of seeing a lot of money, including plenty of my own, spent on IT solutions and start-up businesses that fail to deliver a return on that investment. More so, I firmly believe that, as an industry, we simply must do better for our customers and investors.

That's why I developed the Digital Excellence Framework. Among many other insights and approaches, it directly addresses the common root causes of most failed Digital / IT projects.

To learn more about the Digital Excellence Framework and how it can help save your next project, be that an enterprise implementation or start-up venture, from contributing to these alarming statistics, join one of our upcoming Digital Excellence webinars. They are free and may well be the best hour you invest in your IT project or career journey.

To register, head over to the Transfit events page and chose the date/time webinar that best suits you. I look forward to seeing you online then.
